Are you a Mum who has gone back to work and wants a fitness routine?

Keen to flatten your Mummy Tummy (no matter when you had the baby?) and regain your fitness
Mums fitness classes in Ealing and Chiswick run as a course of 6 weekly sessions. Usually in the evening for convenience for the working mum or those that have to wait for their partner or husband to come back from work to look after the little ones.
The courses are designed to help you:
- Flatten your abs no matter when you had the baby
- Lose fat faster and reshape your body back
During each session, your postnatal qualified fitness trainer will guide you through:
- a total body workout featuring innovative, new and very effective abs workouts, without the need for stomach crunches
- exercises to tone bottom and thighs plus top upper body toning exercises to help with your strength to care for your children.
There is a ten minute question and answer session with your expert instructor after the class (optional)

There are no joining fees, contracts or memberships. Courses start from just £60.

The Beez Kneez emphasises the importance of exercise. All participants should have had a 6-week postnatal check or clearance from their doctor before starting with this course. We do recognize that in some cases, there are contradictions to exercise post pregnancy or in any other time of life that are outlined by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. Please seek the advice of your medical practitioner or doctor before participating in an exercise programme.
