Are you pregnant and want to carry on your fitness regime? Would you like to be shown which exercises are effective and safe in pregnancy and how to do them? These pregnancy fitness classes in Ealing and Chiswick run as a course of six weekly sessions. Each course is designed to:
During each session, your prenatal fitness trainer instructs safe and effective exercises in a fun enjoyable mini cardiovascular circuit. Plus a ten minute question and answer session with your expert instructor after the class where we can tell you what to eat (or what not to eat) and give you support for optimal healthy pregnancy.
