Post natal fitness classes in Ealing and Chiswick run as a course of 6 weekly sessions. And you bring the baby.

The courses are designed to help you:

  • Flatten your abs post natally
  • Lose fat faster post baby and get your body back

During each session, your postnatal qualified fitness trainer will guide you through:

  • a total body workout featuring effective postnatal abs workouts,
  • exercises to tone bottom and thighs plus top upper body toning exercises.
  • your baby stays in the pram sleeping or being entertained by Mum exercising.

There is a ten minute question and answer session with your expert instructor after the class (optional)

There are no joining fees, contracts or memberships. Courses start from just £60.

The Beez Kneez emphasises the importance of exercise after having a baby. All participants should have had a 6-week postnatal check before starting with this course. We do recognize that in some cases, there are contradictions to exercise post pregnancy that are outlined by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.  Please seek the advice of your medical practitioner or doctor before participating in an exercise programme.
