Our mobile personal training programme is a convenient solution for expecting mums to look and feel the 'Beez Kneez' during pregnancy. Adapted and tailored for all stages of pregnancy whether it's the first, second or third trimesters and any level of fitness.

Our Personal Fitness Training Programme

Session 1

An evaluation of your needs, current fitness and movement pattern, involves, a 90 minute session, a full personalized email report with recommendations plus ‘Eat Smart’ Food plan (optional)

Session 2

Instruction and coaching for correct technique of each exercise, 90 minutes session with full programme

Session 3 and all further sessions

  • Structured training sessions consisting of a warm-up, body sculpting and toning, cardio-vascular intervals and a cool down with stretching
  • An expertly designed plan and compilation of exercises in one personalized and unique programme. Tailored to your lifestyle, equipment availability & personal goals
  • Progress checks incorporated into your fourth week of training sessions (every 4 weeks)
  • Exercise programme updates provided by your trainer (every 4 weeks)

Programme Prices

Off peak training, £59 from session 3 and further sessions

Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5.30pm

On peak training, £69 from session 3 and further sessions
Monday to Friday before 9.30am and after 5.30pm and bank holidays and week-end

Sessions 1 and 2 are £89 each

Low Risk

Results can be expected after just 4 weeks - we do recommend a minimum number of 12 sessions with 2 sessions a week
