Locations
You've just had a baby and it is a mission to get out of the house! So we make this as convenient as possible for you and provide both in home training. That way you can train when you baby naps. Alternatively we arrange studio locations in Ealing or Chiswick near to you.

Our Post Natal Personal Fitness Training Programme
Session 1: An evaluation of your needs, current fitness and movement patterns a 90 minute session, full personalized email report with recommendationsplus ‘Eat Smart’ Food plan (optional)
Session 2: Technique instruction and coaching for correct technique of each exercise, 90 minute session
Session 3 and all further sessions: Structured training sessions consisting of: warm-up, body sculpting and toning, cardio-vascular intervals, a cool down and stretch

Programme Prices
Off peak training, £59 from session 3 and further sessions: Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5.30pm
On peak training, £69 from session 3 and further sessions: Monday to Friday before 9.30am and after 5.30pm and bank holidays and week-ends
Sessions 1 and 2 are £89 each
