Pregnancy now doesn't mean you have to sit on the sofa watching yourself expand in all areas, lose body confidence or fitness! In fact you need to be strong and fit when you've had a baby to lift, bend, carry and get up in the middle of the night. So what better way than prepare your body during pregnancy. You'll actually feel better, more energised and have less aches and pains if you do exercise prenatally.
A 6 week programme to prepare your body now for an easier delivery and a faster recovery after you've had your baby.

Vicky Warr shows and guides you through safe and effective exercises with expert instruction and technique tips.
Plus build core strength and condition your abdominals even when you are pregnant - all adapted for different trimesters and your energy level!
Modifications made to each exercise for beginner, intermediate and advanced fitness levels
Each session is on a Thursday at 18:30
