This special sixty minute session is not your traditional ab. training. It is specially designed to show you how to lose the post baby tummy bulge with exclusive abdominal exercises that you can safely do at home.

Session format:

Three ab workouts in sixty minutes

Ab workout 1: Strengthen your deep abdominal muscles (15 minutes)
Ab workout 2: Switch on your abs and strengthen your back (15 minutes)
Ab workout 3: Shrink your abs (10 minutes)
Warm up, cool down and stretch (10 minutes each)
