Session format:

Three ab workouts in sixty minutes

Ab workout 1: Strengthen your deep abdominal muscles (15 minutes)
Ab workout 2: Switch on your abs and strengthen your back (15 minutes)
Ab workout 3: Shrink your abs (10 minutes)
Warm up, cool down and stretch (10 minutes each)
