Unless specified, they are 6 week courses, held once a week for 60 minutes.
Suitable for all stages of Pregnancy and fitness.

Beez Kneez Mamas Courses

These courses are for Mums, no matter when you had the baby.
With the focus on 'core fitness' teaching your body to use your deep abdominal muscles and pelvic floor. The key to flattening the Mummy Tummy.
Plus each session of the course involves exercises to tone legs, bottom and upper body and elevate the heart rate to increase fat burn.
Expert technique instruction and all to music for fun. Courses help with getting into a routine, building consistency and motivation.
All workouts, adapted for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels.
