It is so important to begin re-training and reconditioning your abdominals, bottom and other areas after a baby with the right kind of exercises. By doing this as soon as you can you'll reap the benefits, not only to get you back into shape but also to be able to do the tasks required of a mum - lifting, bending and carry your baby and all their equipment. Finding the time can be a challenge and so is knowing what's safe and what to do.

from six postnatal and eight weeks following a caesarean section*
- For those
who have participated in some physical activity before pregnancy, although you
do not need to be very fit or a gym bunny.
- All indoors to cool, upbeat, motivating music
- Tailored to address common new mama ‘worry’ areas. Loss of abdominal tone, lower back ache, lack of tone in the arms and bottom and poor posture are all taken care of
- Layered and modified for different stages post natal and levels of
fitness. As you progress with us, we constantly adapt the exercises and monitor
you
- Personal. Although you are in a group, we get to know each individual
and their capabilities. We’re
supportive, approachable and always give personal attention with each instructor being available after every class to answer individual questions

- Without a gym! No gym fees or membership fees, you just pay
for your classes at our different venues.
- Run in fitness seasons with passes valid for each season. Please visit the timetable to view the season.
- Suitable to bring babies - although if you have childcare options you don't have too! Babies are in prams, car seats or
chairs so please bring these with you. Babies must be pre-crawling.
*All participants do not have
any medical complications with their pregnancy and have been given permission
by their GP, midwife or health care practitioner to exercise Post Natal Personal Training Each personal training session involves more than
just
someone turning up on your doorstep for a weekly workout. You have
complete, undivided attention with a personalised programme and support
in between sessions. Your programme consists of safe, specifically
selected exercises suitable for you, your type of birth, aches and pains and needs. The focus is on the individual and to retrain and
reconnect the muscles so they can activate correctly. Featuring core stability, strength and
cardiovascular fitness to spring you back into shape, improve confidence and energy.
Prior to each Personal Training Package, each client has a Personal
Evaluation Session. This involves:
1. Finding out what you'd like to get from personal training 2.
Before photos, measurements and evaluation of
your posture, abdominals, back and core, strength and tone and cardio-vascular
fitness 3.
Selection and demonstration of personalised
exercises and necessary equipment to improve fitness, tone and strength to
address your specific needs. 4.
