Personal Training FAQ

How do I know if Personal Training is right for me?
We suggest you book a one off PT trial to see exactly what’s involved. You can book this by calling 020 8 354 1583 or via the website (go to book in and payonline).  
This costs £69 and lasts 1 ¼ hours. During this time, your instructor will find out about your goals, talk to you about any injuries or concerns you may have and discuss a suitable plan specifically for you.

Where do you train?
You can also advise where you’d like to train the local park, your home, a nearby available studio.

If I decide to go for the Personal Training how often should I train?
We believe that to get the best out of your PT you should aim for 12 sessions, having 2 each week for maximum benefits. If you are already at your fittest and are regularly working out, then 6-12 sessions once per week will be fine as a maintenance programme.

Is it still okay to do Personal Training when I’m pregnant or just had a baby?

Absolutely! We specialise in Personal Training for Bumps and New Mamas and Mamas. As long as you’re past your first trimester and before 35 weeks or 6-8 weeks postnatal with no health/medical problems or complications and your doctor has advised that you are OK to exercise then you’re good to go!

Do you provide small group personal training?
