Pregnancy can be one of the healthiest times of your life. You don't need to stop exercising, in fact the right exercise will help you have more energy, maintain body tone and avoid excess weight gain.

The Beez Kneez Antenatal personal training deliver safe, effective functional exercise programmes. Functional exercises are ones that will help you not only stay in shape during every stage of your pregnancy but also get you fit to meet the demands of giving birth and physical demands of motherhood. By strengthening your core back muscles and whole body you are then to lift your baby out of their car seat or cot and push the buggy without putting your back out or feeling exhausted.  Knowing what to do and how to do it is key. Vicky Warr and her team of Personal Trainers have over 20 years of training experience and knowledge to show you the best exercises you can do during your pregnancy. Personal Training is bespoke so each programme is designed for an individual client’s pregnancy fitness requirements.

Starter Package with Nutrition - £169

  • Consultation via email/telephone to discuss your pregnancy and fitness requirements
  • 75-minute Personal Training session with a bespoke exercise plan to suit you and your pregnancy with visuals to show how to perform the exercises safely and effectively
  • Personalised pregnancy exercise plan
  • Nourish to Flourish Pregnancy Nutrition consultation, worth £89 which includes research and analysis of your completed health questionnaire, 1.5hr face-to-face or skype consultation, assessment of your vitamin and mineral status, bespoke nutritional action plan for your pregnancy, supplement programme if applicable. Additional Nutrition Follow up consultations, not included in this programme are £45
