Vanessa lost an amazing total of 14 kilos (28 pounds) of baby weight by attending the Beez Kneez courses for 16 weeks. She began coming once a week with baby Max for one course and then upgraded to twice a week and then three times a week (two daytime and one evening course). Vanessa’s success was down to our unique post natal group exercise programmes which consisted of specially designed strength and conditioning focusing on isolating her core and re-educating her abs, total body moves and cardio-vascular conditioning intervals. Ruth was enrolled onto the Beez Kneez Bumps courses, but due to a medical condition was unable to attend the pregnancy classes. She didn't exercise during pregnancy and ate rather a lot of chocolate and other sweet things! She put on about four stone in pregnancy and after having the lovely Minnie decided she needed to lose the baby weight. Ruth worked in television before having her baby and is going to go back to work - being on the big screen was also a good incentive to get back into shape!Ruth joined the Beez Kneez Mamas and Babies sessions in April. After her first session, Ruth told Vicky her trainer she found it challenging and as Minnie, her baby, had been a little unsettled during the session, Ruth wasn't sure about coming back! However, Vicky, her trainer made modifications to some of the exercises for her and her baby slept through the following session! Ruth was a absolute fan and upgraded coming to two sessions a week, with one daytime session and one evening session. "I would like to take this opportunity and say a massive thank you. I am very happy that I found you. In the first few months of my pregnancy I stopped almost completely doing sport, I just didn`t feel like it, which was very strange as just before I was having a very strict routing of 2 hours 4-5 times a week of training". Agota is a parkour (the art of movement and free running) training instructor, an actress and model and has appeared on many TV shows in Austria and Germany as well as national TV adverts for Right move. She was stunt double for Sarah Harding in the new St.Trinians film, and is one fit lady! Before she got pregnant she was used to training four times a week for over four years, but as she says above, she didn't know what to do fitness wise when she become pregnant, she was worried about what to do and didn't know what exercises would be safe. So, she was really pleased when she discovered Beez Kneez Bumps classes! Joining two sessions a week has meant she has stayed strong, toned up and has an enjoyed a very healthy pregnancy. She did experience some lower pelvic pain, not from the Beez Kneez sessions, but as a common pregnancy ailment - we showed her the right kind of exercises which helped and the pain subsided. "I was really pleased when I found you as I was kinda lost when I found out that I was pregnant, as I was scared to do most of the exercises as I didn`t know what is safe to do during pregnancy. After a very thorough diet and health analysis, I set myself some personal goals to get fit and feel healthy. I started doing two Personal Training sessions with Vicky per week. I supplemented these with two training sessions that I did on my own, following an exercise programme that Vicky prepared for me. I also over-hauled my diet to incorporate energy rich, healthy foods. After seeing Vicky for two months, I discovered I was pregnant. Vicky immediately adjusted my programme to make slight amends depending on how I was feeling, without letting me slack off!As well as doing personal training sessions, I also joined the Beez-Kneez Bumps Group session where I could exercise with other Mum's to be. Vicky also helped me to adjust my diet to cope with my pregnancy. I can honestly say that coming in to contact with the Beez Kneez and Vicky was the best thing I ever did. Vicky gave me the confidence to exercise whilst being pregnant and even though I am now 37 weeks pregnant I feel fitter and am in better shape than before I conceived. The Beez Kneez Bumps courses showed Merja exercises to help with her strength and muscle tone. The exercises are designed to build strength and muscle tone and adapted to suit all stages of pregnancy so Merja could exercise right up to 39 weeks pregnant! I approached Beez Kneez to help me boost my energy and prepare for pregnancy. In 2008 I suffered two miscarriages both at 13 weeks, I also lost my gorgeous Mother to Leukaemia that year. By the time February 2009 came I felt very lethargic and worn out physically and mentally. I found the Beez Kneez on the internet and met Vicky a week later.
Merja attended the Beez Kneez Bumps courses for over five months. She was even attending up to one week before Emilia, her daughter, was born.
