After reaching a high level as Client Account Director at a top international advertising agency, she began to feel very jaded and 'chained' to a desk. So, she moved into radio presenting but found there were periods without work and the hours were not suited to seeing my husband! She soon realised that she wanted a job with more flexibility and where she felt she was doing something to help others that was really beneficial to their lives. Having enjoyed fitness and physical activities from a young age she researched the fitness industry and decided to launch a career move.
Setting up the Beez Kneez was one of the best things she says she has ever done. Passionate about helping pregnant ladies and mums move well, feel confident and enjoy fitness and the benefits they feel from improved health and fitness is both satsifying and fun. Vicky works with celebrities and other mums and mums to be in groups and as private clients to help them get back into their pre-pregnancy clothes again and mums to be feel empowered, toned and strong to do the role of mum.

Jo spent 12 years as an executive level PA working first in a publishing company and then a record label whilst simultaneously teaching a range of group exercise classes in various gyms - it felt like a hobby she was getting a paid for! After she had her first daughter in 2007 she took voluntary redundancy from her day job and continued to teach classes to fit around being a full time mum. Through a friend she found out about Buggyfit - outdoor exercise where mums bring their babies along in a buggy. She began as an Ealing Buggyfit trainer in August 2007. Jo continued to teach gym based classes and her Buggyfit classes throughout her second pregnancy and returned shortly after her second daughter was born in 2008. Jo joined Beez Kneez in July 2011 and has just embarked on her personal training diploma. All this as well as being a full time mum keeps her very busy!

Henny has done various different jobs from PA to holiday rep but once she started studying for her personal training qualifications she knew that this was the industry for me. She has a bright, very breezy personality and is highly motivating. Henny has her own interests in sports which include running, cycling, swimming, well everything really! She confesses to being a 'bit of a geek
about exercise' and her mission is to want everyone to love it as much as she does. A new mum herself in 2010, Henny completely understands how the body changes during pregnancy and childbirth.

Gabi considers herself very lucky to be able to do what she enjoys best and combine her passion for fitness and healthy lifestyle with the understanding of motherhood. When she first moved to London, in 2000, she worked as a nanny for several years, taking care of newborns, toddlers and school age children, mostly the mix of the three! At the same time, she pursued her love of rowing and several years training and competing as an athlete.
Gabi qualified as a Personal Trainer with Premier Training and it was a natural progression for her to gain the Premier Training Pre/Post Natal qualification. She really enjoys working with mums and mums-to-be, helping them achieving their personal goals.

Originally from New Zealand Guy moved to Sydney after University where he worked on the 2000 Sydney Olympic site. Here he did every possible job you can think off from irrigation work, building apartments and landscape gardening. This quickly drove him mad so he followed his passion for the health and fitness industry, taking time to study, qualify and become a health professional.
Guy is very experienced with over nine years in the industry, gained within Corporate Personal Training Clubs and in home personal clients. Due to his knowledge of core stability he brings this to his training with pregnant and post natal clients to ensure they get optimal results. He also has over eight year's experience with children including personal training, coaching children in groups for cricket and rugby and training sports teams at a boarding school.
