Group Classes

Each class is 60 minutes. Each class begins with a warm up and dynamic stretch, then the main workout commences and ten minutes towards the end of the class is the stretch and relaxation element.

We offer three classes based on whether you are a Mum to be, New Mum or Mum with a toddler or young child. Classes are designed for all levels of fitness. Most classes are indoors with music. Each class is instructed by a qualified Group Instructor who has trained with Burrell Education in pregnancy and post natal exercise prescription and with The Beez Kneez.

Reasons to come to our classes Smile

1. Our classes are recommended by Britains’ leading Maternity Hospital Women’s physiotherapists and Doctors. THEY ARE NOT AEROBICS CLASSES OR OUTDOORS BUGGY WALKING OR BUGGY JOGGING CLASSES.

If you are committed to results BeezKneez will not only match but double your enthusiasm. The results were so good they have exceeded my expectations and are worth every penny. I have recommended BeezKneez to all my postnatal and prenatal friends. I was recommended to them by my own GP - so you cannot beat that referral”. Rebecca Baker

Queen Charlotte’s and Chelsea Hospital Women’s Physiotherapists highly recommend our classes. Many Doctors also sign up to our classes, love our exercises, designed specifically with the pregnant and post baby body in mind.  Mothercare and their parenting advice website www.gurgle.com recommend us too.

2. We give you an effective, safe workout where you can feel those muscles working.

“I've just signed up to my 3rd course of classes with BeezKneez as they're fantastic. I'm now going twice a week and my fitness levels are improving all the time - I can really see and feel the difference. When I signed up initially I wondered if the course would focus on breathing and stretching etc post baby, it does this but also so, so much more! This is a proper work out which I love - it's like going to the gym with a personal trainer and the trainer is an excellent teacher. I'd recommend their courses to anyone! “ Maria Larkin

We provide more than easy pilates, gentle yoga classes or ‘chat and jog with your buggy class’ where you really don't feel like you are doing much!

Whilst our classes challenge you and effectively tone you up we still feature exercises that help with your posture, reduce aches and pains, tone you up and give you a great, whilst safe, workout with the bonus of a yoga style stretch at the end.  We'll prepare you for the everyday workout you'll get as a mum carrying a 6-10lb baby as well as giving you more energy and have you looking great.

3. Exceptional customer service

“My trainer is extremely dynamic and supportive. Not only does she run a good class with great exercises that are totally safe during pregnancy, but she also offers lots of support and advice for all aspects of pregnancy. She's available on email and after class for any questions or concerns” Margaret Hollendoner

4. Our instructors are top notch

And a few other reasons...

Flexibility -you can come to other classes on the timetable if you miss a class in the duration of your pass or monthly membership.

Indoors to music - great if you’re fair-weather and less excuses not to come to class! When the weather is good, most of our classes have outdoors areas so we sometimes take the classes outdoors

Each class is just under an hour long and features mat floor exercises and standing exercises with pieces of equipment to recondition, reconnect and regain strength and tone to get your body back into shape finally! We use specific tried and tested effective equipment.
