Henny has done various different jobs from PA to holiday rep but once she started studying for her personal training qualifications she knew that this was the industry for me. She has a bright, very breezy personality and is highly motivating. Henny has her own interests in sports which include running, cycling, swimming, well everything really! She confesses to being a 'bit of a geek about exercise' and her mission is to want everyone to love it as much as she does.  A new mum herself in 2010, Henny completely understands how the body changes during pregnancy and childbirth.  

   

Describe your perfect day?

Walking my puppy in the sunshine, a picnic on the beach, staying there til the end of the day then champagne and canapes overlooking the sea.

What inspires you?

The summer, the country, the beach

What is your favourite type of holiday and where?

A hot beach holiday, anywhere with a beautiful sandy beach, I'm not fussy!

What is your favourite food?

Canapes!

What is your favourite type of exercise?

Running, swimming, windsurfing...

What is your favourite Music?

Chain reaction by Diana Ross, generally a fan of Girls Aloud and Britney, I am a closet 15 year old!

What's been your biggest acheivement so far?

Running the London Marathon, although I would like to do it again to break 4hrs!

How do you make time for you?

By waking up early! Being a meticulous planner and list writer and including things on the list like 'pedicure' and making sure I stick to it!

What are your pet hates?

People eating as they walk along (except canapes!), cold weather, Jeremy Kyle, ironing.

How do you motivate yourself?

Just by loving what I do and wanting to be fit and healthy
