Gabi considers herself very lucky to be able to do what she enjoys best and combine her passion for fitness and healthy lifestyle with the understanding of motherhood. When she first moved to London, in 2000, she worked as a nanny for several years, taking care of newborns, toddlers and school age children, mostly the mix of the three! At the same time, she pursued her love of rowing and several years training and competing as an athlete. 

Gabi qualified as a Personal Trainer with Premier Training and it was a natural progression for her to gain the Premier Training Pre/Post Natal qualification. She really enjoys working with mums and mums-to-be, helping them achieving their personal goals.

A lie-in, sun, bike ride, picnic

What inspires you?

Watching the Olympic Games or other great sporting events

What is your favourite type of holiday and where?

The Balearic Islands

What is your favourite food?

Anything with chicken (and a carrot cake, but I shouldn't say that)

What is your favourite type of exercise?

Riding my bike and listening to music

What is your favourite Music?

My Ipod stores anything from dance music to Bee Gees to classical music
