Originally from New Zealand Guy moved to Sydney after University where he worked on the 2000 Sydney Olympic site. Here he did every possible job you can think off from irrigation work, building apartments and landscape gardening. This quickly drove him mad so he followed his passion for the health and fitness industry, taking time to study, qualify and become a health professional.
Guy is very experienced with over nine years in the industry, gained within Corporate Personal Training Clubs and in home personal clients. Due to his knowledge of core stability he brings this to his training with pregnant and post natal clients to ensure they get optimal results. He also has over eight year's experience with children including personal training, coaching children in groups for cricket and rugby and training sports teams at a boarding school.
Describe your perfect day?
Waking up early on an exotic island, doing meditation, yoga and eating all of the exotic fruits and yummy dishes. Relaxing in the sea and venturing around the island.
What inspires you?
Meeting new people that are highly successful and I love helping others (also love reading about them).
What is your favourite type of holiday and where?
Italy, travelling through ancient cities and learning all about the history and traditions.
What is your favourite food?
Seafood.
What is your favourite type of exercise?
Functional Training with cables, balls and dumbbells.

What’s been your biggest achievement so far?
Helping so many clients reach their goals and seeing the huge transformation in their lives.
How do you make time for you?
I get up earlier in the mornings and doing inspiring activities and play cricket on Saturdays.
What are your pet hates?
Smoking and lazy people.

Read inspiring books and listening to powerful audio's. |
