With over eight years of personal training and group exercise experience Vicky Warr heads the Beez Kneez Team of trainers. All have specific prenatal and post natal fitness qualifications, expertise and combined thirty years of experience with clients. By providing tailored exercise prescriptions and programmes our prenatal in home or workplace personal training is perfect for those who want to see and feel benefits in their fitness levels and health. Each programme is expertly adapted to suit each client’s individual body’s needs during each stage of pregnancy. A bespoke action plan and programme is provided for the duration of training.
Our advice extends to providing the best, necessary equipment with our constant 'tried and tested' research.
To accommodate busy working mums to be lifestyles, we offer convenience as we come to train you at your home or workplace. Our training hours are from 6am to 8.30pm Monday to Friday and 7am to 1pm Saturday and Sunday.
