Our Personal Fitness Training ProgrammeSession 1An evaluation of your needs, current fitness and movement pattern, involves, a 90 minute session, a full personalized email report with recommendations plus ‘Eat Smart’ Food plan (optional) Session 2Instruction and coaching for correct technique of each exercise, 90 minutes session with full programme Session 3 and all further sessions
